The following terms and conditions apply to all offers, purchases and deliveries made through Art-Leap, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
1. Applicability
These terms apply to every agreement between Art-Leap and a buyer or seller. By placing an order or accepting an offer, the buyer agrees to these terms.
2. Description and condition
Every object is described and photographed as accurately as possible. Antiques and works of art may show signs of age and use; these are part of the object's character and are not grounds for complaint unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made in full before shipment or collection, unless a written payment arrangement has been agreed.
4. Shipping and delivery
Shipping is arranged through trusted and specialised carriers. Costs depend on size, value and destination and are calculated individually. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Import duties, taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
5. Returns
Because each object is unique, returns are only accepted if the object differs substantially from its description. Any return must be reported within 48 hours of receipt and shipped back in the same condition and packaging.
6. Privacy
Personal data is handled with care and only used to process orders and communicate with buyers and sellers. Art-Leap does not share personal data with third parties, except where necessary for shipping or legal compliance.
7. Disputes
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
