"The City of Utrecht from the West, 1669" is an impressive historical panorama depicting Utrecht as seen from the west. This monumental copper engraving was originally drawn and engraved by the master artist Herman Saftleven. The rare, revised edition by Isaak Ottens was published around 1720 by his sons, the renowned Amsterdam map dealers Reinier and Josua Ottens. This impression was printed in 1969.
